The former Kano Municipal council boss, and Senior legislative aide to the speaker house of representatives, Comrade Faizu Alfindiki has praised Engr. Abba Ganduje for his continued dedication to youth empowerment and community development, following the successful distribution of Solar Home Systems to 160 selected beneficiaries from Tofa and Rimingado Local Government Areas.
According to a press statement issued to PARAMOUNT REPORTERS by Alfindiki, the initiative, which targets 160 youths from 38 wards within the LGAs, is designed to support small businesses and promote renewable energy solutions in underserved areas. The beneficiaries received fully equipped solar power systems aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing reliance on the national grid.
Speaking at the event held at Amani Event Centre, Tamandu Road, Nasarawa GRA, Kano, Faizu Alfindiki described the gesture as timely and impactful. He applauded Engr. Ganduje for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to grassroots development.
“This initiative reflects a clear investment in the future of our youth. Empowering 160 young people with sustainable energy is not only commendable but essential for economic growth in our communities,” Alfindiki said.
The event drew stakeholders, community leaders, and beneficiaries who expressed their appreciation for the program and the foresight of its organizers.
