A Kano-Based NGO, Centre for Legal Orientation and Humanitarian Aid Initiative (CELOHA) urge leaders to invest in young people and empower them to lead.
CELOHA’s Executive Director, Alhaji Mustapha Saeed disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday in Kano.
He said the future belongs to them it is our responsibility to ensure they have tools, resources, and support to succeed.
According to him,"let us harness our collective strength, creativity, and passion to create a world that is worthy of our highest aspirations.
"Youth need to work together, address the pressing issues of our time, from climate change to inequality, and from education to employment.
"Learn to practice self-care, care for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being",he said.
Saeed further explain that curious exploring, and seeking knowledge will help to achieve common goals as a youth.
He advise youth not to be afraid to speak truth on power, challenge injustices and demand a better world.
